Ninja Scroll: The Series Review

When anime first became a thing here in English-speaking countries there were three films that everyone, and I mean everyone, watched: Akira, Ghost in the Shell and Ninja Scroll, and while the latter may not have had the far and wide impact the first two had, it was still a big deal within anime fandom. So how come the Ninja Scroll TV series has made so little impact that most people will see this review and go “there was a Ninja Scroll TV series?”
